OKLAHOMA THEFT CRIMES:  LARCENY,  BURGLARY, BREAKING & ENTERING, SHOPLIFTING, EMBEZZLEMENT, ROBBERY, IDENTITY THEFT
 

Theft crimes include all of the categories listed above, plus others such as fraud, car jacking, false declaration to a pawn broker, obtaining money or property by false pretenses, possession of stolen or taken credit cards, aircraft theft, oil field equipment theft, and other crimes of dishonesty. Theft crimes may be brought in state or federal courts.  If a theft crimes is brought in federal court, it is most likely a fraud or white collar crime.   Most theft crimes can be categorized now as:

Larceny (shoplifting, stealing, unauthorized use of a vehicle, larceny of animals or livestock, cattle rustling, etc.)

Burglary (theft from a dwelling or building, breaking and entering)

Robbery (theft from a person)

Embezzlement (theft by an employee or agent)

Concealing Stolen Property

Forgery & Identity Theft (using another person's signature or identity)

Computer crimes involving theft

We also have good relations with lawyers statewide so that we can work in almost any venue in Oklahoma.
